Warehouse Supervisor\nHemel Hempstead\n£27,000 - £29,000 + Excellent Benefits\nFull Time | Permanent – 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday\n\nThe Opportunity\nSMT is recruiting on behalf of a growing global technology business for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and support the delivery of innovative technology solutions to some of the world's most recognised hospitality and retail brands.\n\nThis is a hands on leadership role where you will take ownership of day to day warehouse activities, ensuring products are received, stored and dispatched efficiently while maintaining exceptional inventory accuracy and service standards.\nWorking closely with Operations, Logistics partners and internal stakeholders, you will be the driving force behind warehouse performance, process improvements and team success.\nThe Role\nAs Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of warehouse operations, managing inventory, leading a team and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered efficiently and accurately.\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nSupervising daily warehouse operations including goods in, storage and dispatch\nLeading and motivating warehouse colleagues to achieve operational targets\nManaging inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits\nInvestigating and resolving stock discrepancies\nCoordinating inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams and third party logistics providers\nMonitoring warehouse performance and implementing process improvements\nProducing and analysing operational reports relating to productivity, inventory and shipping accuracy\nMaintaining high standards of warehouse organisation, housekeeping and compliance\nResolving warehouse related issues and supporting positive team engagement\nActing as the warehouse subject matter expert and championing best practice across the operation\nCommunicating effectively with stakeholders across multiple sites and departments\n\nAbout You\nWe're looking for a proactive and organised warehouse professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys leading from the front.\n\nYou will have:\n\nPrevious experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Warehouse Manager\nProven experience managing and developing a warehouse team\nStrong knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control processes\nExperience using warehouse management and inventory systems\nGood Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data\nExcellent organisational and problem solving abilities\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nA customer focused approach with high attention to detail\nThe ability to prioritise workloads and work independently\nFlexibility to support occasional weekend stock takes\nWhat's On Offer?\n\nSalary of £27,000 - £29,000\nCompany pension scheme\nGym membership\nHealth and wellbeing programme\nFree on site parking\nCareer development opportunities within a growing international business\nSupportive and collaborative working environment\nApply Now\nIf you're an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or Logistics Supervisor looking for your next challenge within a growing and innovative organisation, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nThank you for your interest in this vacancy, advertised by SMT Recruitment (Smart10 Ltd), acting as an employment agency/business.
