Join us and be part of a dedicated team committed to positive social impact and professional growth.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nProvide compassionate support and guidance to residents in a supported housing environment, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.\n\nMonitor and review each resident's progress, developing personalised support plans to facilitate their journey towards independent living.\n\nAssist residents in accessing move-on accommodation and other community resources when they are ready to transition.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions, progress, and support plans in accordance with organisational policies.\n\nEnsure the safety and security of the accommodation units, including adherence to health and safety regulations.\n\nWork collaboratively with colleagues, external agencies, and stakeholders to deliver holistic support services.\n\nRespond effectively to emergencies and provide 24-hour cover as part of a committed team.\n\nPromote a positive, respectful environment that encourages resident engagement and independence.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\nPrevious experience working within supported housing, social care, or related fields is desirable.\n\nRelevant qualifications such as Level 3 Diploma in Housing, Social Care, or equivalent are preferred.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and support diverse individuals.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.\n\nKnowledge of safeguarding procedures, health and safety regulations, and confidentiality requirements.\n\nCompetence in record-keeping and report writing using standard IT systems.\n\nEmpathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude towards residents' circumstances.\n\nAbility to respond effectively in emergency situations and work flexible hours, including overnight shifts if required.\n\nJoin Our Team\n\nIf you are passionate about making a difference in people's lives and possess the skills and experience outlined above, we would love to hear from you.
